Buff Saving

• Implemented consumable buff saving (EXP Coupons / Drop Coupons / Potions / etc)

• Added potion cooldown when manually using in bosses
• Fixed Pirate's Dice and added info on the exp messages

Cubing Changes

• Removed Flat and % DEF lines from all equips
• Introduced cubing costs (base is vanilla divided by 2)
• Introduced cubing tier system:
  • Every X amount of cubes increases your tier
  • Higher tiers reduce costs by 25% / 50% / 75% / 100%
  • Tier thresholds: 1,000 / 10,000 / 100,000 / 1,000,000

• Trying to enter without a party to a boss will now automatically open a party for you
• Bosses from CRA and up will announce to everyone in the world about the clear and run time
